You Already Have the License.
Now Build the Business.

LSI Real Estate Services is a boutique Houston brokerage built around ownership, management, brokerage, and education. We offer agents opportunity, support, accountability, and exposure to a broader real-estate ecosystem — not simply a place to hang a license.

What Makes This Different

A brokerage that operates real estate, not just transactions.

LSI manages portfolios, advises owners, teaches real-estate classes, and works alongside construction and investment activity. Agents here learn how property actually performs over time — which changes the quality of the advice they give and the clients they attract.

Where Opportunity Comes From

An ecosystem, not a lead list.

Because LSI works across management, brokerage, education, and development, opportunity surfaces from several directions.

Property management clients

Owners we manage for eventually buy, sell, and reposition property.

Investor relationships

Acquisition-minded clients looking for the next property that fits their objectives.

Existing owner relationships

Listings that originate from long-standing relationships already inside the firm.

Open houses

Structured, supervised exposure to buyers actively in the market.

Website and marketing inquiries

Inbound interest generated by LSI's own marketing.

Classes and seminars

Education LSI teaches puts agents in front of owners, investors, and consumers.

Professional referrals

Lenders, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and other professionals in the network.

Construction and development activity

Projects that create transactions, relationships, and practical education.

These are potential sources of opportunity. They are not guaranteed leads, listings, transactions, income, or production. What an agent earns depends on the agent’s own effort, skill, and consistency.

The Agent MOU

Mutual commitment, written down.

LSI and the agent establish mutually agreeable productivity goals, define the activities reasonably expected to support them, and measure both activity and results on a regular cadence.

  1. Establish the goal
  2. Define the activities
  3. Execute
  4. Measure
  5. Review
  6. Adjust

Beyond the Next Commission

A career, not a commission cycle.

Agents at LSI are exposed to the principles behind There Is a House for That and the Freedom Plan — the thinking that connects property, purpose, and long-term financial independence.

Agents who are interested can receive guidance and exposure to real-estate investing, property ownership, property management, development, and building a complementary real-estate ecosystem around their own expertise. This broader education is optional. Many excellent agents simply want to sell real estate well, and that is a complete career here.

Intentionally Selective

We will not add agents simply to increase our agent count. We will add agents when we have the capacity to fulfill the commitments we make to them.

Who Fits Here

Three kinds of agents do well at LSI.

01

Licensed and underproducing

You have the license and the work ethic, but not the structure, coaching, or opportunity flow to convert either into consistent production.

02

Experienced and producing

You are already productive and want a boutique environment with broker access and exposure to management, investment, and development work.

03

Part-time, aiming full-time

You are serious about building toward full-time and want a deliberate plan for getting there rather than an open-ended license parking spot.

Compensation

Discussed directly, not advertised.

LSI’s structure may recognize both agent-generated and LSI-generated opportunities. Specific commission arrangements, fees, caps, performance incentives, and other economics are discussed during the recruiting conversation, where they can be matched to your experience and goals.

The Next Step

Explore Joining LSI

The next step is a conversation about mutual fit — what you want to build, and whether LSI is the right place to build it. It is not an obligation for either of us.

Tell us a little about where you are today. Everything below stays between you and the broker.

Recruiting inquiry

This is for agents only. Property owners looking for management should use the Portfolio Strategy Call instead.

License status (optional)
Currently working (optional)
Approximate current production (optional)

An inquiry is a request for a conversation. It is not an application, an offer, or a commitment by either party.
